Aldi aims to provide flexible jobs for local people. A new, larger Aldi food store at Wolf Business Park, Ross-on-Wye, would create up to 10 additional quality full- and part-time jobs for local people, paid at an industry-leading rate, while maintaining employment for our current staff in Ross-on-Wye. Aldi’s jobs offer training and career growth opportunities within the company.
Aldi’s rates of pay are higher than the Government’s National Living Wage, with Store Assistants receiving a minimum hourly rate of £13.50.
Further employment opportunities would also be created during construction and across the supply chain.

Crystal Care Collection is a care home operator delivering round-the-clock care tailored to every resident, with a focus on fostering a strong residential community and links to the wider neighbourhood to promote social inclusion. Crystal Care Collection would operate and manage the new care home.
Crystal Care Collection operates across England and Wales with a focus on person-centred care, tailoring support for each individual’s unique needs, including mobility, dietary preferences, and daily routines. A key feature is the ‘Crystal Clear Package’, an all-inclusive pricing model designed to offer financial transparency and ensure residents can access a full range of services – such as daily activities, outings, and on-site salon services – without facing hidden or additional charges.
